AAR proudly offers 4-week residencies without any entrance fees in hopes of eliminating financial barriers for Canadian artists to participate.

Artists selected for residencies are expected to fund their own travel to PEI (by car or plane), artistic materials, and food/meals for the duration of their stay.

AAR can recommend a grantwriter for artists wishing to apply to municipal, provincial, and/or national arts councils’ for grants to offset these costs.
